跨平台版本，终端硬件适配器桥接层方案，具体方案见：https://doc.cmbchina.com/f/v?id=zuEGZO
此文件夹下的是方案中“纯C硬件适配器库”的源码，需要VS2010单独编译
编译完之后之后作为self厂商的适配器依赖库，以Conan的方式引入，见 DevAdapter/CMakeLists.txt的内容，搜关键字：SELF_CONAN_LIB_NAME

目前仅是把源码挪过来，暂未进行过编译验证
